The internet order process and the operation of this oven combo was all perfect. Both ovens operate with no problems and I am very happy with it these 2 days since it has been installed. I love the convection oven as it requires less energy because it uses about 25 degrees less than a regular oven which will save energy. I would recommend ordering through Amazon as well as ordering Frigidaire. I have the same brand refrigerator and I am very happy with both. Easy to operate.
