Al right mate, you wanted a victim to say something, I'll do so. First of all - yes, it is a massive problem that one can defamesomebody by simply accusing him/her of sexual harssment and it is an issue that needs to be adressed. I can't tell you from firsthand experience, but being sexually harassed or raped is a very traumatic experience. It's basically having your dignity and very sense of being taken from you violently, and you being a disabled incel clearly don't understand that. But I assure you, traumatic experiences like those can affect a person for years and they just aren't ready to tell people. Suppose it takes a year to build a case against a murderer, now should we disregard the case JUST because it took a long time to build? Of course not. As long as the victim provides evidence and the jury convicts the accused, I don't see any problem.

Imagine someone escapes from a cult and is in hiding for 2 years. Would you ignore the claims in that case as well? You have to look at things on a case by case basis. In some instances, not reporting immediately afterwards might make proving guilt impossible, but in others the claims can be confirmed.
