Are people really unable to grasp the reasoning behind things? Being on the phone while driving isn't illegal because they want to annoy you. It's because performing other actions while driving can cause distraction which can lead to serious accidents. Guess what, eating cookies/pretending to be on a call does the same just in a more stupid way. Like wtf
